Offers & e-signature
When you are ready to hire, Prosli drafts the offer, you review it, and the candidate signs it online — no separate e-signature tool.
Draft the letter
Choose "Sent an offer" for a candidate and Prosli opens the offer editor with a complete draft: a real offer letter grounded in your company and the role, with your logo and letterhead applied automatically. You can:
- edit the letter directly, or
- tell Prosli what to change in a chat box (for example, set the salary, add a probation period, or adjust the terms).
The letterhead company details are editable; the logo comes from your company profile.
Review and send
Continue to a final review of the full letter, then send. The candidate receives an email with a secure link to read and sign.
The candidate signs
On their private link the candidate reads the offer as a PDF, then signs — entering their name as signature, their email, and a start date. On submit:
- a signed PDF is generated and emailed to them,
- the signed copy is attached to their candidate record (visible on the candidate, hire, and interview pages),
- you and your team are notified that they signed, and
- the candidate's status moves to Hired automatically.
The signing link is unique and unguessable. If an email ever fails to reach a candidate, you can copy the link from their page and share it directly.
