For the folks who like to know how the machine actually works. Here is what Prosli is doing behind the clean interface.

It reads your company like a sharp new hire would

Before a single candidate applies, Prosli studies two public sources:

• Your website: the home, about, careers, and blog pages, to learn what you build, who you serve, and your stage.
• Your public GitHub: your repositories, the languages and topics they use, and the READMEs of your strongest projects.

It is polite about it. It identifies itself as a bot, honours robots.txt, and keeps the request rate low. Nothing private is ever touched. The result is your Company DNA, and it grounds every job post, every interview question, and every recommendation in the company you actually are. A backend role at your company gets assessed against your real stack, not a textbook one.

The interview is a verification engine, not a script

Prosli does not read from a fixed list of questions. On every turn it looks at which competencies still lack evidence, picks the next one to probe, asks a single focused question, and challenges thin or generic answers with a follow up. It stops once a competency is proven, and it ends the interview once the important ones are covered. Strong candidates get a short, sharp interview. Where it matters, it digs deeper.

It checks that answers are real

Every answer is weighed for authenticity. Responses that look pasted or machine generated are flagged and held for a quick live check rather than trusted at face value. And the evidence is immutable: Prosli never edits or regenerates a transcript or a finding, so a decision still holds up weeks later when someone asks why.

It is resilient by design

Prosli runs on a chain of AI providers with automatic fallback. If one model is rate limited or having a bad day, the next one picks up, so an interview a candidate was invited to take always finishes. Nobody gets cut off eighteen minutes in because of an outage.

It gets sharper about your company over time

As you record how your hires actually work out, Prosli learns which signals predicted success at your company and tunes future recommendations. It informs confidence, and it never overrides the evidence in front of you. You stay in control.
