Where we are today

Prosli already runs the full top of the funnel. It learns your company, screens and interviews every candidate, verifies authenticity, recommends who will thrive, schedules live rounds with a calendar invite and a meeting link, and even drafts and collects a signed offer. That is a complete hire, from a job post to a signature.

What is coming

We are building toward more of the work a hiring team does, and more ways for you to build on top of Prosli:

• A public API, so you can read candidates and evaluations and wire Prosli into your own systems. See the API Reference for the planned shape.
• Webhooks for real time hiring events, so your tools react the moment something happens.
• Deeper integrations with the tools teams already use.
• A per company learning loop that keeps getting sharper the more you hire.
