Recommendations
A recommendation is Prosli's plain-language call on a candidate. It is always tied to evidence, always ranked in context, and never the final word — you are.
Evidence-based, never resume-based
Recommendations are built from per-competency verdicts and the interview evidence behind them, not from resume quality. A polished resume never lifts a recommendation, and a thin one never sinks it.
Ranked among peers
Every candidate is ranked against everyone else assessed for the same role, so the recommendation reflects the field you actually have, not an abstract bar.
Success profile
Beyond "can they do the job," Prosli reads whether a candidate is likely to thrive in your specific role and on your team — informed by your Company DNA and, over time, by which of your past hires worked out.
Guardrails
- Prosli never auto-rejects anyone. A weak read or an integrity flag lowers confidence and suggests a live check; it does not decide.
- Uncertainty is always surfaced, with a clear list of what to verify in a final round.
- Historical patterns from your own hires inform confidence, but never replace the evidence in front of you.
