The top of every candidate opens with the decision-first summary: the recommendation, the confidence level, the risk to hire, and the fit at your company — so you know the call before you scroll.

The modules

Below the verdict, the report breaks the evaluation into focused modules, each drawn straight from the interview evidence:

• Competency verification — each required skill marked verified, partial, or unproven.
• Evidence ledger — the exact answers behind each verdict.
• Interview assessment — how the candidate reasoned and communicated.
• Integrity — the authenticity read and anything held for a live check.

Ranked in context

The report also places the candidate against everyone else assessed for the same role, so a recommendation reads as earned ("ranked #1 of 24") rather than in isolation.
